PaperIQ Enterprise Server is a well established software platform for processing data from Anoto Digital Pens that is proven in over 70 commercial installations. The platform supports upload of digital pen data via PaperIQ's mobile clients on BlackBerry, Windows Mobile and Symbian and also via USB connection to a PC.

Developed using the Microsoft .NET framework,PaperIQ Enterprise Server, was the first partner platform worldwide to be certified by Anoto as an "Anoto Qualified Solution". 

PaperIQ Enterprise Server may be licensed and installed on your own hardware in your own organisation's data centre and provides the ultimate in performance, security and integration potential for real-time integration with your existing business processes and systems. It can also be installed in a virtual server environment.

PaperIQ Enterprise Server was architected from the very start to be a highly scalable solution, capable of being scaled up and ut through the configuration of additional front-end, active/passive load-balancing servers and back-end processing servers. PaperIQ Enterprise Server  is able to cater for even the largest of mobile deployments and has been proven on the largest public sector deployment of Anoto technology in Europe to date which was for 4,500 digital pens.

Additional resiliency can be achieved through built-in support for web farms, DNS load-balancing and clustering. Flexible Print-On-Demand allows unique pattern forms to be generated and printed at the server or at client PCs in a WAN enviornment.

Standards-based XML workflows and .NET module interfaces add straightforward extensibility to PaperIQ Enterprise Server forms, allowing easy integration with other platforms using the built-in support for Web Services, XML & XSLT.

Form Review & Edit

Authorised users are able to use the Form Editor feature to review the handwriting recognition results side-by-side with the original handwritten form and edit these if necessary. Alternatively, DevelopIQ can enable customers to review handwriting recognition results on their BlackBerry smartphones a few seconds after they have completed the form with their digital pen.
