By Car

Chineham Detail Map
  • From Junction 6 of the M3 take the exit signposted Basingstoke/A339/Alton/A30/Reading/A33.
  • At Black Dam Roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A339 heading to Ring Road(N)/Newbury/Reading/A33.
  • After approximately 1 mile take the A33 exit towards Reading/Oakridge/Chineham/Sherborne St John.
  • At the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Reading Road heading to Reading/Sherfield on Loddon/Chineham/Sherborne St John.
  • At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Crockford Lane.
  • At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit and the entrance to Rosewood will be seen on your right.
  • Parking for DevelopIQ visitors is in marked bays just past the far end of the building.

By Train

Rosewood is a short taxi journey from Basingstoke station which has direct services from London Waterloo, Birmingham, Bournemouth, Manchester and Reading. There is also a free shuttle bus from the station every 15 minutes during the following hours: 07:30-09:45, 12:15-14:15 & 16:45-18:30. The bus is labelled Chineham Park and you will need to sign a form indicating that you are visiting DevelopIQ at Rosewood.
