Description

DevelopIQ require an experienced development manager to join an award-winning development team in order to manage the rapid growth of its mobile development team. The role will involve gathering customer requirements on new projects, working with the team to build effort estimates, writing up customer proposals and then managing the team's resources to ensure the continued delivery of high quality projects within customers' expected timeframes.

Expected to be familiar with agile development methodologies, the development manager will participate in daily stand-ups to facilitate team collaboration and promote the use of best practices within the team, including responsibility for personal development and additional recruitment.
